RETURNS POLICY
If for any reason your item/items are not suitable you can get a full refund or exchange by sending your item to our flagship store within 14 days of purchase, after 14 days an exchange can be made. And at the managers discretion a refund may also be made.
Please send proof of purchase and the item in re-saleable condition (with all tags still attached) once the item has been received and checked over then a refund or exchange will be granted. If you want to call the store to find out if your item has been received or you want to find out anymore infomation, then our number is on the contact page.

DELIVERY

UK Delivery is usually £5 per order with delivery FREE for orders over £100.

Delivery to Europe is £8 per order and delivery to the rest of the world is £16.

After 14 days an exchange or refund can only be made at the managers discretion.

Note. postage will only be refunded if an item is found to be faulty.
